RE: YEAR 11 PROM
Friday 20th June 2008
I write to advise you that the Year 11 Prom has been booked for Friday 20th June 2008 at The Cricket Club, Whitepost Road, Bodicote, from 7.00pm until 11.00pm.
The tickets will be on sale at the school office and Year 11 will be advised when they are available for purchase. Ticket prices will be approximately £17.00, again this will be confirmed within the next few weeks. The price of the ticket will include a buffet.
Please encourage your son/daughter to purchase their ticket at their earliest convenience once tickets become available so that we may endeavour to run this event smoothly.
All the past Year 11 proms have been a great success and I look forward to seeing your son/daughter at this year`s event.
