Operation Xmas Child - Evesham Dist Centre Thur 24th Nov 2011

Dear Parent/Guardian

I write to advise you that BGN has been invited to send a group of Sixth Form students to the Evesham Distribution Centre of the Samaritans Purse on Thursday 24th November 2011.  

Students will have the opportunity to check Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes and assist in loading lorries that are destined for the poorest parts of our world.

We will leave school at 9.30am and return to BGN School at approximately 9.30pm.  Tea and coffee will be provided, but students will need to bring a packed lunch and tea with them.  We are asking for £10 toward the cost of transport to and from the venue, please return this sum together with the reply slip below and  attached completed parental consent form as soon as possible should you wish your son/daughter to attend.  Please make cheques payable to BGN School and return in a sealed envelope marked for the attention of Miss Debbie Roberts.

Through their volunteering and concern for others, Sixth Formers can live out their faith.
