RE: SKI TRIP – February 2011

I am delighted to inform you that we will be running a ski trip to Zillertal, Austria during the February half term – 18th to 26th February 2011 and your son/daughter has shown an interest in joining us.

The cost of the trip is £840, this includes return coach travel from school to resort, six nights full board accommodation, travel insurance, lift pass, hire of boots, skis and poles, four hours tuition per day, evening entertainments package and a tour fleece.  

To secure a place please complete the reply slip below and return together with a deposit of £80 as soon as possible for the attention of Miss Debbie Roberts.  The next two instalments must be received by the dates in the payment plan below and the final payment must be made by 1st December 2010.  Should you wish to pay the balance in instalments, please ask your son/daughter to collect a payment card from Miss Roberts.

Deposit to secure place    £80
2nd Deposit    £60 due by 31st March 2010
3rd Deposit    £60 due by 30th April 2010
Final Payment    £640 due by 1st December 2010
